Hi Oliver, I am very sorry you have not received your item and completely understand your frustration. For transparency, here is the timeline of events: • 2nd March – Order was dispatched via FedEx and tracking details were provided the same day. • 5th March – Oliver contacted us as there had been no tracking movement. We immediately contacted FedEx and opened a formal investigation. • 6th March – The courier requested additional parcel details (contents, weight and dimensions), which we supplied straight away to assist their depot search. • 9th March – We advised that standard courier investigations take up to 3 working days and were awaiting their findings. • 11th March – FedEx confirmed the parcel was unfortunately lost in transit. We informed Oliver the same day and issued a full refund. While the loss occurred within the courier network and was outside of our direct control, we take full responsibility for ensuring our customers are not left out of pocket, which is why a refund was processed immediately once the parcel was officially declared lost.
