The service was great, sturdy product with good power and 10m hose. However, this review could easily have been a 1. Our washer didn’t work when we followed the instructions in the owners manual (we returned it). We were then told it works fine if you do the following: flick off the choke when the motor ticks-over before it starts, don’t connect the hose (do so after it starts) and wait 10 seconds between attempts when trying to start it using the electric start.
