Casa Marrazzo was established in the early 1900 in Southern Italy near Naples. An artisanal family business driven by a vision to preserve authentic flavours by respecting the seasonal products, the environment and ensuring their products are of the highest standards The apricots grown and matured in the sunny Vesuvian area on the volcanic acidic soil have an intense fragrance. The jam is dark orange-yellow with an unmistakable acidity and sweetness. Try it on sourdough bread and butter or on a perfectly baked fruit tart.
