Savini Tartufi are well known and respected truffle processors and producers in Italy. Their range of products are produced in a small village in Tuscany. The products are sold all over the world and are considered to be of the highest quality. This Salsa contains Black truffle and a mix of capers, olives, mushrooms, olive oil and anchovies. Stirred through risotto or pasta, added to mozzarella or baked ricotta, it adds a rich and aromatic depth of flavour.
