Sicilian Artisan Sea Salt Coarse 1kg

Trapani Sea Salt is harvested from the Western coast of Sicily and is ground using stone mills powered by ancient windmills. It is then dried under the Sicilian sun. The white coarse crystals have a strong pure  Mediterranean “salt flavour” and are ideal for salt mills.
