Grapes:90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Nero Cuvée Imperiale Brut Berlucchi is a straw-yellow Franciacorta with a fine and persistent perlage. The scent is clear with subtle aromas of yeasts and bread crusts which are added to classic fruity and floral notes. Harmonious, ample, creamy, clean and with a pleasant sour note. Ideal as an aperitif, excellent with first and second fish and shellfish. Aged 18 months on the lees.
