During the most significant seasons of the year, it was traditional to dip special almond biscuits known as “Li Biscutt’ tajate a man”, which means “hand-cut biscuits”, into “Hot Wine”. Nowadays, they are known as “Cantuccini”. Traditionally, this recipe was passed down from our grandmothers.
