A great gelatin substitute for vegan. Boil 25g of agar-agar powder with 3 kgs or 3 litres of water in a pot. Stir constantly until melted, then add sugar and coconut milk as you needed. Then Pour the mixture to fill up the molds. leave it to cool and ready to serve.
